Brand and Buyer Visibility Audit

Know what needs to change before you build.

A focused review of how buyers understand, find, verify, and choose your business. Leave with a clearer position and a practical 90-day plan.

Discuss the Audit

01Understand the decision

Agree the buyer, offer, market, and commercial question the audit needs to answer.

02Examine the evidence

Review your website, alternatives, proof, inquiry path, search results, and selected AI recommendations.

03Choose the next move

Prioritize the work, define what to measure, and decide how to implement it.

When it is useful

A better starting point for a commercial reset.

Your business is doing strong work, but the positioning, website, or sales story has not kept up.

The audit is useful when you are introducing a service, entering a market, rethinking the offer, or deciding how much of the current brand and website needs to change.

We focus on one primary offer, buyer group, and market so the recommendations lead to a concrete decision.

What we examine

The path from discovery to inquiry.

Positioning and offerWhat you do, whom it is for, what makes it worth choosing, and what the buyer receives.
Website and proofMessage hierarchy, relevant evidence, service pages, and the route to a useful inquiry.
Competitive contextHow three agreed alternatives answer the same buyer questions.
Search and AI discoveryA documented sample of search results and AI responses to agreed buyer questions.
Sales alignmentWhether your website, offer, and sales materials tell a consistent story.
What you receive

Evidence, decisions, and a plan you can use.

A written diagnostic, a documented evidence set, a positioning recommendation, and a prioritized 90-day roadmap.

We walk through the findings in a decision session, separate observations from assumptions, and agree what to fix, preserve, measure, and defer.

The standard engagement runs for two weeks after kickoff and receipt of the required inputs. Scope and a fixed fee are agreed before work begins. Implementation is scoped separately.

Discuss the Audit

How is this different from the Website Review?

The free Website Review provides 5–10 observations about the site. The paid audit goes deeper into the commercial decision, competitive context, buyer journey, discovery, and the work required next.

What does the AI review tell us?

It shows what selected platforms say in response to a fixed set of buyer questions at a point in time. We record the prompts, settings, answers, and sources, then check how accurately the business is represented. Results can vary; the audit does not promise rankings or leads.

What happens after the audit?

You can use the roadmap with your own team or engage COMPYND for a focused project or monthly support. The implementation decision follows the findings.
